Barreto’s Cleaning Services, LLC

1. Services

Barreto’s Cleaning Services, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services as scheduled and agreed upon with the client. Services are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time, including:

  • Entry instructions
     
  • Working utilities (water and electricity)
     
  • Secured pets
     

If we are unable to access the property or safely perform services, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
     
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
     
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
     

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • We may store a payment method on file with client authorization for recurring services.
     
  • Failed or declined payments must be resolved promptly.
     
  • Accounts with unresolved payment issues may have services paused or canceled.
     

5. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
     
  • We may offer a re-clean at our discretion.
     
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
     

6. Breakage & Damage

We take care while cleaning; however:

  • Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage is not our responsibility.
     
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
     
  • Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion.
     

7. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous to our staff, including but not limited to:

  • Biohazards
     
  • Severe clutter
     
  • Aggressive animals or individuals
     

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to:

  • Non-payment
     
  • Unsafe conditions
     
  • Repeated cancellations
     
  • Inappropriate behavior
     

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
